JB Homes Finance Operations
Terms of Use

Authorized use
The JB Homes Finance Operations platform is provided by Jason Blachek Homes LLC (“JB Homes”) solely for authorized internal users and approved service providers performing work for JB Homes. You may use the platform only for approved business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Account security
You must use your own authorized account, keep sign-in information secure, and notify JB Homes promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access, circumvent access controls, probe the service, or introduce malware or harmful content.
Financial workflow safeguards
The platform assists with document review, classification, reconciliation, and controlled accounting workflows. Automated extraction, suggestions, and QuickBooks reference matches must be reviewed by an authorized person before they are relied upon or submitted. The platform does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
Third-party services
The platform may connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and Ooma. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms. JB Homes may limit, disable, or reconfigure an integration to protect the platform or comply with a provider’s requirements.
Data and confidentiality
Documents, accounting data, configuration data, and operational records in the platform are confidential JB Homes information. You may access and use them only as necessary for your approved work, and you may not disclose, copy, export, or retain them except as authorized by JB Homes or required by law.
Availability and changes
The platform is provided on an operational basis and may be changed, interrupted, or suspended for maintenance, security, integration changes, or business needs. JB Homes may modify these Terms and will post the current version at this page.
Termination
JB Homes may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when access is no longer needed, a user is no longer authorized, or these Terms are violated. Confidentiality and data-use obligations survive termination.
