Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Jason Blachek Homes LLC (“JB Homes,” “we,” “us”) handles information used in the JB Homes Finance Operations platform. The platform is an internal operations tool for authorized personnel and approved service providers.
Information we handle
We may handle user account and access information; finance documents and their contents; account, vendor, entity, property, and QuickBooks reference data; document classifications, reviewer decisions, notes, and audit records; and technical records needed to secure and operate the platform.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorized users, process and route documents, support accounting review and reconciliation, maintain auditability, operate integrations selected by JB Homes, detect errors or misuse, and comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers and integrations
The platform may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data and authentication, Google Drive and Google Sheets for document and operational records, OpenAI for document extraction, Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting reference data and authorized accounting workflows, and Ooma for the optional support widget. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices and only as needed to provide the relevant service.
Disclosure and sale of information
JB Homes does not sell personal information or use finance-document information for advertising. Access is limited to authorized personnel, approved service providers, and others where disclosure is necessary to operate the platform, protect rights and security, or meet a legal obligation.
Security and retention
We use access controls and operational safeguards designed to limit access to authorized users. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for finance operations, auditability, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and system security. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Your responsibilities and questions
Authorized users must protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or to ask a privacy question, contact jason@jb-homes.com.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
